About The Chase Community

The Chase Community is an online research community where customers can share their feedback on Chase products and services.

Members of the Community are sent surveys, polls and invites to various research activities to complete. Each of these activities gives members the chance to provide feedback on their views and experiences of using Chase products and services.

To take part in the research, members are required to become Chase customers and download the Chase banking app.

The Chase Community is built and managed by Maru; an independent research agency.
